Q: Who qualifies for a "Free" ESRI Virtual Campus course?
A: Under the DOI agreement training needs to be directly related to performance of work for the agency and the work should require GIS skills for which the training will support.

In other words, the person requesting training should be doing GIS related work specifically for the NPS and the training is needed to support that work. If a contractor/partner requests training but they are not doing related GIS work for the NPS, then they should acquire that training through some other process (i.e., through school or their employer, etc.).
